Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Ventilation Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of all Ventilation systems types. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
* Service, maintain, and repair ensuring optimal performance and safety.
* Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency and recommend improvements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime for clients.
* Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of there system.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions for system enhancements.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance.
The successful candidate will have
* Valid ACS & others relevant gas qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
* Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
* Experience delivering high levels of customer service
* The ability to work with a diverse customer base
