I'd Love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Damp and Mould surveyor or inspector within social housing.
As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you will be:
1. Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
2. Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
3. Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
4. Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.

6. Ability to work at pace and adapt to change

The interim role is offering:

11. The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of £30-35 per hour
Location & Travel
This role is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days on patch in Warwickshire and 2 days working from home. Business mileage is covered with hybrid working offering an excellent work life balance.
