Join EVe to play a key role in driving Singapore’s national electric vehicle (EV) agenda. This role sits at the forefront of a large-scale transformation—expanding EV charging infrastructure across public residential carparks and supporting the nation’s transition to sustainable transport.
What You’ll Do
As a Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will be a key driver in accelerating EV charger deployment across Singapore. Working at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and execution, you will:
* Lead strategic partnerships with Town Councils, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to enable large-scale EV charging point (EVCP) deployment
* Shape and execute deployment strategies to meet ambitious national targets under the EV masterplan
* Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment, trust, and long‑term collaboration
* Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to negotiate plans, align goals, and drive successful project delivery
* Champion public engagement efforts, raising awareness and support for EV infrastructure initiatives
* Oversee implementation timelines and operations, ensuring smooth deployment and sustainable downstream maintenance
What We’re Looking For
* A degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or customer relations
* Strong relationship‑building and people management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
* A strategic and agile mindset, with high emotional intelligence in managing diverse stakeholders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working with data and tools such as the Microsoft Office suite
* Familiarity with Singapore’s EV ecosystem or sustainability initiatives is an advantage
* Candidates with technical backgrounds are preferred, though those who can confidently interpret and communicate technical concepts are also welcome
