Role Description
Provide engineering support to the Production Stream through comprehensive maintenance of plant, equipment, and auxiliary services, including reactive and PPM.
Key Accountabilities
* Provide reactive maintenance to minimize downtime of plant equipment.
* Perform preventative maintenance through scheduled PPM.
* Follow all company policies to ensure food safety and health & safety of personnel.
* Maintain accurate records in the maintenance management system (Holistech), including stock inventory and work completion.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience
* Fully qualified driving license.
* Relevant multiskilled engineering qualification or experience.
* Experience in a high-volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
* Ability to work shift rotation pattern: Days (6am-6pm), Nights (6pm-6am), with a rotating schedule.
