Salary: Grade 4, £12,909 - £13,535 per annum. £12.85 - £13.47 per hour
22.5 hours per week, term time plus 1 week working 39 weeks per year

The Governors of St William’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed Administrative Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will:
* Be experienced in SIMS / Arbor / MIS systems
* Be able to manage multiple complex priorities under pressure.
* Be able to build and maintain good working relationships with pupils, parents, staff and external organisations.
* Be able to manage their own time and work to deadlines.
* Have experience of handling sensitive and confidential material.
* Understand and support the schools policies and ethos.
* Have an understanding of safeguarding.
* Have excellent IT skills.
* Be able to work as part of a team.
