Their banking team is trusted by top-tier clients, including clearing banks, international lenders, mezzanine lenders, real estate funds, and prominent corporate borrowers.
What You’ll Do:
* Strategic Lead: Provide expert advice on a broad range of banking and finance matters, such as syndicated lending, acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance, and debt restructuring.
* Transaction Leadership: Lead and oversee complex financial transactions, from structuring and negotiation to execution and closing, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess legal risks in banking transactions, offering innovative solutions that protect clients’ interests and enhance their commercial objectives.
* Client Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contributing to the firm’s continued success and growth.
* Mentoring: Guide and supervise junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative environment that nurtures professional development.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 10+ years PQE in Banking and Finance law, gained at a leading regional or national firm.
* A proven track record of managing complex financial transactions and client relationships.
* Exceptional technical expertise, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of sector knowledge and commercial awareness.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
