ABOUT THE ROLE
Your main responsibility as Client Liaison Manager will be to oversee the sales and marketing activities within the home, ensuring smooth daily operations of the Sales & Marketing Department, meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with residents, and maximising revenue.
Additional duties include:
* Meeting sales targets and deadlines while maintaining brand standards.
* Handling general sales and marketing inquiries from colleagues and prospective clients via various channels.
* Managing and updating the pipeline of potential residents to optimise revenue.
* Developing and maintaining strong contacts with key care influencers.

* Be skilled in negotiation.
* Have effective interpersonal and telephone skills.
* Be able to prioritise tasks effectively.
