In this dynamic role, you will provide expert pharmacy support to patients, clinical staff, GP Surgeries, Care Home teams, and specialist services including mental health and learning disability. You will work closely with pharmacists to prepare for and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings for patients in Care Homes and those supported by the Frailty Service. The role also involves supporting large-scale improvement projects, such as developing policy documents, contributing to Patient Group Directions, and assisting in the production of the Manx Care Formulary.

This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a broader, system-wide context, making a tangible impact on patient care and the safe use of medicines. If you are looking for a role where your knowledge is valued and your contribution makes a difference, we would love to hear from you.
