Freelance Site Engineer – Major Roads & Infrastructure Project Start: 18th May | Contract until November | Accommodation Available A well‑known civil engineering contractor is looking to bring in an experienced Site Engineer for a major roads and infrastructure project starting mid‑May in Galashiels. This is a great opportunity to join a well‑established team delivering a busy programme of works through to November. The Role You’ll be supporting the delivery of key civils activities including: Earthworks Drainage Road construction General infrastructure works This isn’t an entry‑level role — we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, and support the site team with accurate setting‑out, quality checks, and day‑to‑day engineering duties.
