What Youll Do:
1. Support the rent and service charge setting and reconciliation process for both rental and home ownership properties.
2. Assist with the management of the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS), ensuring customer deposits are secured and reconciled accurately.
3. Use data analytics to identify inconsistencies and support income maximisation.
4. Respond to customer and colleague queries within set timescales, helping to deliver excellent service and value for money.
5. Collaborate with teams across the business to support the annual review and audit of service charges, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
