We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly primary school team. This rewarding role involves working closely with teachers to support pupils across a range of abilities, helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and positive learning environment.The successful candidate will have a strong command of English and mathematics, with the confidence to support children in developing essential literacy and numeracy skills. You will work both one-to-one and with small groups, helping pupils to understand key concepts, build confidence, and make progress in their learning.We are looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children’s development. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain ideas clearly and effectively.
