Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.
* Conduct thorough market research and due diligence.
* Build and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders.
* Present findings and recommendations to housebuilder clients.
* Negotiate terms and manage the acquisition process from start to finish.
Skills and Experience required:
* Proven experience in land acquisition, property development, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess the viability of land opportunities.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
* Familiarity with the UK property market; knowledge of the Middle East market is advantageous.
