A leading provider of fiduciary and legal services is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will administer a varied portfolio of companies and trusts, preparing resolutions for companies and trusts, preparing and submitting statutory returns, corresponding with clients, preparing note fees and sending all financial information to clients as needed. You will also supervise and train any Trainee Administrator allocated to you and provide regular feedback on their progress to senior management.
Ideally you will be STEP, ICSA or LLB qualified and have at least five year’s relevant experience within Funds or Fiduciary Services. Additionally, a good knowledge of local Jersey legislation and excellent IT skills are required.
