Admin Stock Controller Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday (Flexible working hours) Location: Lisburn Salary: negotiable dependant on experience This role involves managing stock levels, purchasing stock, processing and dispatching sales orders, and ensuring product availability while minimising costs. The successful candidate will act as a crucial link between the sales and accounts teams, providing meticulous record-keeping and effective problem-solving. Day-to-day of the role: Track and manage stock levels to ensure sufficient product availability. Purchase stock while optimising cost-efficiency. Process and dispatch sales orders accurately and timely. Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and operational requirements. Manage deliveries and reconcile any stock discrepancies. Maintain accurate records in the stock management system to support internal operations. Provide accurate data to support the sales and accounts teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in stock control. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using stock management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various teams.
