Job Opportunity: Data Input Assistant at SIG Roofing

We are currently recruiting a Data Input Assistant to support our visually impaired Branch Sales Manager at our Rotherham Branch. The primary responsibility is to input data and access information on the group’s computer system, among other support tasks.
Role Responsibilities
* Assist the Sales Manager with inputting sales orders, quotes, and purchase orders into our K8 system.
* Help check stock levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth product delivery.
* Support investigations into new product lines, review customer pricing structures, and organize promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and information relay.
* Empathy, patience, and strong support skills.
* Good timekeeping and attendance record.
* Effective communication and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
Training on roofing products and knowledge may be provided to support understanding of the products entered into the system.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 7am - 4pm
