What the Job Involves This exciting opportunity is for a full-time highly skilled social worker to join Worcestershire County Council's Family Front Door. Your role will involve processing referrals from a variety of partner agencies, parents, and carers. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will analyze information and make appropriate recommendations in accordance with Worcestershire's level of needs guidance. You will be based primarily in one of the three district areas: Redditch/Wychavon, Worcester/Malvern, or Bromsgrove/Wyre Forest, to better understand the services available and build relationships with partner agencies. You will be part of a team where a culture of learning, critical thinking, and reflective practice is encouraged, supported by regular supervision and a stable management group.
