Class 2 driver- Glasgow area. £16.00p/h. We are currently recruiting a Class 2 Driver to work for our client. Newly passed drivers are welcome to apply, so even if you have limited experience, this could be a great opportunity for you. The Role As a Class 2 driver you'll be reporting to the Team Leader, you will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new situations on a daily basis. This is a physically and mentally demanding role that requires reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts Key Responsibilities Safe and legal operation of a lorry Conducting pre-trip vehicle checks Ensuring loads are secure Planning efficient delivery routes Adhering to drivers' hours and road regulations Delivering goods to specified locations on time Requirements Full UK driving licence with Category C (Class 2) Excellent time management and organisational skills Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude Good communication and teamwork skills Right to work in the UK Minimum 1 year's experience desirable, but not essential About the Company Our client is a leading logistics company in the UK, known for valuing its workforce and promoting a diverse and inclusive working culture.
