Overview
We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join one of our NEW exciting stores which has just opened in Leeds. There’s an established team in place, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible.
An Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the store's day-to-day responsibilities. You will undertake managerial tasks such as overseeing employees, modelling effective leadership, and offering excellent customer service. A primary responsibility is to carry out the Manager's role in their absence. This role provides a pathway to ultimately advance to Store Manager.

About You
* The successful candidate must have a passion for Fashion Retail and our company ethos
* Experience in Fashion Retail is preferred
* Previous managerial experience in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in managing, motivating and training a team
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Efficient, highly organized with a customer-focused attitude
* Knowledge of the fashion industry
