We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Healthcare on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and leading the Portering Services team at the Hospital.
* Coordinating, motivating, training, and working with your team to provide quality service.
* Planning and producing rosters for effective team deployment, monitoring attendance, and adhering to sickness and absence procedures.
* Training and developing your team according to company policies and legislation, ensuring training records are maintained accurately.
* Prioritizing high standards of customer service, promptly addressing complaints, and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
* Fostering effective communication and relationships within your team, colleagues, and customers.
* Using machinery safely and in accordance with regulations and company policies.
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintaining hygiene levels to provide a safe environment.
* Managing security processes within your duties, following company procedures.
Our ideal Portering Supervisor will:
* Have experience supervising large teams, managing rotas, performance reviews, and return-to-work interviews.
* Work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to meet business needs.
* Be quality-driven with knowledge of Health & Safety and infection control.
* Possess good IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and educated to GCSE level in English and Maths.
* Be passionate about patient care and able to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
* Be confident working in a hospital environment, understanding that you may encounter patients who are unwell or distressed.
