Admin Assistant, Monday – Friday, £28,000 + bonus OTE 30/32k
The Admin Assistant Role:
You’ll provide vital support across the business, helping with everything from supporting the consultants, and recruitment coordination to events and general day to support in the office. This role also offers that real development into a 360-recruitment consultant.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting CV branding and marketing activity
* Creating, loading, and managing job adverts across multiple platforms
* Assisting with candidate sourcing and attraction
* Supporting event operations and coordination
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
* Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries professionally
About You:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems (job board experience beneficial)
* Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
