Full time Cover Supervisor (CS) – Fareham, Hampshire

GSL Education are excited to offer an opportunity for a committed and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work across a variety of schools in Fareham. This is a full-time role, with flexible working options available, and an immediate start or a September 2025 start date—whichever suits your schedule best. Work flexibly by selecting the days that fit your schedule, with the option to work up to five days each week.
Responsibilities:
* Take the lead in classrooms when teachers are absent, ensuring learning continues smoothly.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to students across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Encourage active participation, independence, and respectful interaction among students.
* Provide feedback and report any issues to senior staff as required.
Requirements:
* A confident individual with excellent communication and classroom presence.
* Ability to manage groups of students effectively and adapt quickly to different settings.
* Ideally suited for recent graduates, future trainee teachers, or those with experience working with young people.
* A genuine passion for education and making a difference in students’ learning.
* Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
