A warm and inclusive primary school in Aston is seeking a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team within a specialist provision. This is a rewarding and hands-on role, working closely with pupils who need tailored support to access learning and build confidence. The provision supports children across EYFS to KS2 with a range of complex needs, and the school is looking for someone that is consistent and proactive to work on a long-term basis, for the right candidate there is potential for this role to be made permanent.
