Payroll Administrator

What You'll Do
* Complete weekly end-to-end payroll, including timesheet collection, validation, and processing
* Manage day-to-day payroll duties, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments
* Liaise with external payroll providers and resolve payroll-related queries
* Carry out general payroll administration, including maintaining employee records and payroll data
* Provide administrative support to the wider business, including document management and reporting
* Oversee company vehicle administration, including records, documentation, and coordination with suppliers
* Support the finance and office teams with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
* Ensure compliance with company policies, payroll regulations, and data confidentiality standards
About You
* Previous experience in a payroll, payroll administration, or finance/admin support role
* Confident completing payroll processes from start to finish
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
