We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for a Pension Provider in Central Bristol on a temporary basis (approx. 6 months)
Job description:
* You would be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email or post with your main responsibility to provide exemplary customer service.
* Answering calls and transferring them to the relevant team.
* Monitoring the mailbox and responding to client queries.
* Escalating urgent issues promptly.
* Assist with ensuring post is scanned and passed onto the relevant teams in a timely manner.
* Support the team leads with ad-hoc requests.
* This is a full time office-based role working 35 hours a week Monday-Friday.
The Candidate:
* The successful candidate will be highly personable with an excellent telephone manner, ideally with some previous experience within a regulated sector such as pensions, financial services or finance.
* This individual must be happy to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service and possess good IT and time management skills.
The Package:
* Hourly rate circa £12p/h DOE
