Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you. The table shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work – the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues, therefore if the times you’re available to work match closely but not exactly to the times we are advertising, we’d still love to hear from you. Putting into practice the training you have received, so we all work safely, effectively and serve our customers brilliantly Having a key role in supporting our colleagues by processing changes to personal and job information as well as amendments to hours worked so that all colleagues are paid accurately and on time Updating the system with all schedules to reduce exceptions by pre-booking all approved holidays, Bank Holidays, Personal Days and other pre-bookable absences and maintaining pay accuracy; reviewing reports to ensure pay is accurate and taking action as necessary Understanding the different types of contracts and ensure that all colleagues are set up with the correct contract type; action any joiners, movers or leavers correctly, when notification is received Provide assistance to Team Managers to resolve complex pay queries, contacting the Query Management Team where necessary Ensure all payroll routines conform to the general data protection regulations (GDPR). Comply with GDPR, code of business conduct and ensure all data and user names/passwords are secure at all times.
