The Faculty of Population Health Sciences is a world‑leading community tackling major public health challenges through research and education and supporting students across eight institutes.
As Director of Education and Student Experience, you will lead the Faculty’s approach to delivering an outstanding student experience, shaping education strategy and ensuring high‑quality teaching, governance and support across all programmes. You will work closely with senior academic and professional services colleagues to drive improvements, strengthen educational practice and champion the success and wellbeing of our student community.

You will bring substantial experience of student support and leadership within Higher Education, with the ability to navigate complex pastoral, academic and regulatory matters with sound judgement and empathy.
Educated to degree level and committed to ongoing professional development, you will have a strong understanding of UK and global Higher Education policy, alongside proven experience contributing to strategy, quality assurance, and evidence‑based decision‑making. You will excel at building effective relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading high‑performing teams, supported by excellent communication skills and a clear commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
