In joining our friendly team, you'll be helping us provide a great visit for everyone.Click here for more information about this locationAs the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that The White Cliffs of Dover operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), procuring goods and services, while keeping our online records up to date. You'll support the property leadership team with compliance monitoring whilst advising on health and safety. You will report to the Facilities and Support Services Manager, who will line manage the role. Working 15 hours each week, either 2 shifts of 7.5 hours or 3 shifts of 5 hours. You may be required to work a one weekend day a few times per year.
