About the Role:
Based in our International Office on the Chelmsford Campus, your priority will be processing international student applications to deliver a high-quality admissions service and directly contribute to the achievement of international student recruitment targets. Youll review and assess applications and documents from around the world for courses taught at our five UK campuses, assisting prospective students through the journey to realise their dream of studying at ARU, whilst ensuring compliance with our entry and sponsorship criteria.
With a degree or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification at degree level or demonstrable level of experience and evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role, youll have experience of working in a customer service environment within an administrative role. Youll be a flexible team player with the ability to prioritise effectively and complete work methodically and analytically. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Youll need to be comfortable working in a busy dynamic environment.
