The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating logistics for technical projects, including scheduling, resource planning, and documentation
2. Supporting technical teams with accurate data entry, record keeping, and report preparation
3. Managing equipment, supplier information, and procurement administration
4. Maintaining compliance documentation and ensuring processes align with quality standards
5. Communicating clearly with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
The Person
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
6. Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, or business support role.
7. Professional telephone and email manner
8. Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
9. Physically fit, will require some manual handling (helping with in goods in/goods out when required)
10. Live commutable to Bracknell
