Administrator Location: Upminster Hours: 8am–5pm (flexible for the right candidate) Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, depending on experience I'm currently working with a fantastic electrical company based in Upminster who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in a fast-paced office, and enjoys taking ownership of their responsibilities. About the Role: My client is looking for someone confident, organised, and proactive to support their operations. You'll be a key player in keeping the office running smoothly, and the team is ready to welcome someone who wants to get stuck in and make an impact. Day-to-day duties will include: * Ordering stock and materials for engineers and upcoming jobs * Answering incoming calls and liaising with suppliers, clients, and the internal team * Allocating and processing invoices * Checking purchase orders (POs) against deliveries and invoice records * General admin support to ensure the business runs efficiently What They're Looking For: * Previous admin experience (bonus if it’s within electrical/construction, but not essential) * Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail * A confident communicator who’s happy speaking with engineers, suppliers, and clients * Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks independently * Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel Why This Role? * You'll be joining a supportive, friendly team with a down-to-earth culture * There’s flexibility with the working hours for the right person * The company is growing, and they’re looking for someone to grow with them Interested?
