Position: Assistant Store Manager, TOMMY HILFIGER - STREET (CLARKS VILLAGE) OUTLET
THE ROLE
Our stores are the heart of our business, serving as the main touchpoints with our consumers. The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in leading by example, inspiring teams, and ensuring the store upholds our brand standards and delivers exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities include:
1. Identifying growth opportunities and collaborating to improve performance.
2. Fostering a positive store environment and delivering excellent customer service.
3. Ensuring visual merchandising and store standards are maintained.
4. Managing stock levels and communicating with the buying team.
5. Analyzing store reports and implementing action plans.
6. Setting sales goals, providing coaching, and motivating staff.
7. Handling recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
8. Making informed decisions under changing conditions.
9. Setting challenging yet achievable goals focusing on service, customer satisfaction, and financial results.
10. Creating energy and alignment around shared goals and values.

* Extensive experience in delivering high-level customer service in a retail environment.
* Effective communicator able to build relationships easily.
