Leading independent media events business seeks a highly talented Events Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across their flagship Aviation portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Build databases, set up email campaigns, schedule social media posts, and negotiate partnerships.
* Create campaign performance reports and optimise campaigns based on data.
* Manage budgets and plan cost-effective campaigns to meet targets.
* Use CRM, AI platforms and marketing automation systems to reach target markets.
* Leverage Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn advertising to drive traffic and generate leads for the sales team.
* Support global conferences in Miami, Dubai, Mexico, etc., including travel as required.
Experience Required
* 3+ years of B2B exhibition event marketing experience.
* Strong grasp of email marketing, digital advertising and CRM platforms.
* Proven success in driving attendance to B2B conferences.
* Degree level education preferred.
* Understanding of cost control and cost management.
* Creative copywriting skills and ability to brief designers, team members and suppliers.
* Analytical mindset: obsessive about data, segmentation, and quick data‑informed decisions.
