The Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to manage and develop customer relationships across the South of the UK.
This is a highly autonomous, field-based role involving extensive UK travel, with a strong emphasis on customer retention, service quality, and operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams and act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring service levels and contractual commitments are consistently met.
This is a service-led role, not a sales position.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Customer Management
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the South UK region
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships focused on retention and satisfaction
* Act as the primary point of contact for operational and service-related matters
* Handle customer issues professionally, using strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Operational & Technical Support
* Support Engineers with machine installations, removals, and site activity
* Attend customer sites as required to ensure smooth operational delivery
* Participate in a 1-in-4 weekend “watching brief” rota, escalating issues when necessary
Reporting & Analysis
* Analyse operational and account performance data
* Produce clear, accurate reports for internal stakeholders and customers
* Identify trends and opportunities for service improvement

Candidate Requirements (Essential)
* Minimum 4 years’ experience within the Arcade / FEC / Amusements industry
* Proven account management experience
* Strong data analysis and report writing skills
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities
* Physically fit and comfortable supporting on-site operational activity
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* IOSH qualification (or willingness to obtain)
