Responsibilities
* Greet and assist guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth.
* Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
* Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services.
* Maintain organized records of guest information and reservations.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations.
* Uphold hotel standards by maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications * Proven office experience in a customer-facing role.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Previous administrative experience is preferred.
* Typing skills are a plus.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace is beneficial.
* A positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
