Job Description
Your Mission:
LTQR Coordinator
Reports to LTQR Lead & Quality Manager
Join our team to support a major client project by managing and maintaining Life Time Quality Records (LTQR). You will be the main point of contact for LTQR guidance, compliance checks, and coordination between project teams and vendors.
️ Manage and process LTQRs for the client project.
Support vendors/subcontractors with LTQR handover.
Review documents for compliance.
Create templates/forms and control document versions.
Prepare reports for senior leadership.
Deliver LTQR training as needed.
️ Liaise with Quality & PM teams to ensure timely submissions.
Understand project specifications, client, and nuclear standards.
Coordinate LTQR procedures with all stakeholders.
My Profile
Qualifications:
General high school education.
Strong IT skills and experience with EDMS and metadata.
Strong report writing and document management skills.
ONC/HNC/HND in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
Membership/registration with a professional body (e.g., CQI).
Additional Information
Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will require Security clearance. To obtain this, they must be a sole UK national. Hybrid working from home and Assystem Office.

Hybrid working – 3 days/week in the Client’s Glasgow City Centre office with occasional visits to the major Client operational site near Helensburgh.
