Salary: £45,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

The Role
As Tele Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of telesales professionals, driving performance, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop the telesales team to consistently exceed targets
* Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies
* Drive new business acquisition and upselling opportunities
* Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales campaigns
* Analyse sales data and report on team performance to senior leadership
* Recruit and onboard new team members as the team scales
