Salary: £47,610 - 47,610 per year Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience Microsoft certifications in SQL, Power BI, Excel or Azure (desirable) Vendor certifications in other BI tools (e.g. Tableau Desktop Specialist, DAX, Qlik Sense Business Analyst, SSRS certification) (desirable) Proven experience working in a BI or data analysis role, ideally within housing, public sector, or another service-driven environment Strong working knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling) Proven experience of using data warehouses (e.g. Views, SQL, Data modelling) Experience collaborating with stakeholders in requirements analysis/gathering role Proven experience producing business insights and translating data into actionable recommendations Strong SQL skills (queries, views, procedures, functions, optimisation) Understanding of data governance, data quality, and GDPR compliance Experience of identifying, monitoring and improving data quality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on tenant impact Responsibilities: Establishing strong relationships with internal customers to gain a thorough understanding of business areas which enables you to offer alternative approaches and options Designing and delivering interactive dashboards, visualisations, and reports in Power BI to support operational and strategic decision-making Partnering with the Technology team on the development of the data warehouse, developing efficient ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness Working with stakeholders to embed best practices in data entry, validation, and reporting Presenting complex data, findings, and recommendations in a clear, engaging, and accessible way Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security in line with GDPR and regulatory requirements Technologies: Azure Data Warehouse DAX ETL Excel Support Power BI Power Query Qlik SQL Security Tableau Cloud Business Intelligence More: We are a housing association based in Norfolk, dedicated to providing quality homes and services to people across the county and in Suffolk.
