Our home in Kilmarnock is recruiting for a Senior Support Worker now! We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services. Fundamental to your role will be the engagement in, and management of, each child’s plan and ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Qualifications
* SVQ3 qualification in Children and Young People (or equivalent) required.
* Prepared to work towards SVQ4 within the allotted time frame set out by SSSC.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence.
* Willing to undertake safeguarding screening including Disclosure Scotland checks and provide at least two references covering the last three years.
Please note – due to the location of this home and nature of the role, candidates MUST have a full UK driving licence as they are required to transport young people to external locations.
