Job Purpose:
To ensure that client matters are managed promptly, consistently, and to a high standard, meeting all relevant deadlines and supporting senior management in delivering outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Maintain strong, professional client relationships
* Communicate with clients, prospects, and third parties in a professional manner
* Take ownership of audits and accounts preparation for assigned clients
* Stay updated with accounting standards and regulatory changes through reading, research, and training
* Maximise billing and profitability on audit/accounts engagements
* Identify and monitor opportunities for cross-selling additional services
* Provide proactive support to senior team members
* Assist with completing or resolving unfinished tasks
Audit, Accounting, Tax, and Company Secretarial Work:
* Plan, complete, and finalise audits and accounts preparation assignments, including:
* Budget planning and monitoring
* Reviewing the work of junior staff
* Finalising financial statements
* Presenting completed files for review
* Ensure client-approved adjustments are reflected in their accounting systems
* Understand the commercial aspects, such as billing and collections
* Tailor work programmes to align with the client’s business and risk environment
* Ensure timely completion of company secretarial duties, including updating statutory records and filings
Team Leadership and Development:
* Manage and allocate workload effectively within the team
* Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training to junior staff
* Identify and resolve queries or issues proactively
* Keep stakeholders informed and ensure early identification and resolution of issues
* Delegate responsibilities with clear expectations and offer timely performance feedback
Communication:
* Regularly update management on progress of work
* Respond promptly to client and internal queries
* Clarify expectations and deadlines to help prioritise tasks
* Resolve client queries and complaints to a high standard
* Draft client communications and documentation as needed
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication
Business Development:
* Contribute to firm-wide initiatives for attracting new business
* Identify and pursue opportunities to win new clients
* Maintain knowledge of the firm’s services and promote them to clients
* Assist in preparing fee quotations and proposals
* Support compliance efforts, including the collection of required documentation for anti-money laundering
