The Opportunity
A chance to take ownership of a US private practice desk in a respected professional services recruitment business. You’ll work associate to partner hires across major US hubs, with full autonomy and a leadership team who understand the sector and leave you to deliver.

What You'll Be Doing
* Running a full 360 desk across your chosen US region
* Placing attorneys from associate to partner level
* Growing a sustainable book in a high-fee, fast-moving market
* Collaborating with an existing US recruiter while owning your territory
* Helping shape a strategic practice as one of the early hires
What They're Looking For
* Track record in the £200k-£250k+ range
* Confident winning and delivering senior-level legal hires
* Commercially sharp and self-sufficient
* Values autonomy, pace and outcome-focused work
* Able to scale a desk rather than maintain one
