Led by a local owner and based in our brand-new Cromer office, we offer in-house training, a supportive team culture, and a commitment to setting the standard for care in our region.

We are currently hiring part-time Care Assistants in Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, Fakenham, North Walsham, Blakeney, and surrounding villages, with full-time roles available as our team expands. Training is provided, so whether you’re experienced or new to care, we’ll support you every step of the way.

Responsibilities

15. Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
16. Support clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management.
17. Develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs.
18. Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the care team.
19. Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and companionship.
20. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety standards.
21. Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.

Skills

22. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
23. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software.
24. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
25. Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
26. Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
