Support Worker We have a number of different opportunities for support workers to assist a young individual who has complex medical needs. We are open to Type: Part‑time / Full‑time / Bank / Zero‑hours — flexible working arrangements available We also have some term time roles: (Term‑Time AM & Evenings) Hours: Term‑time only - Morning Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:30 am – 10:30 am (includes school run) - Evening Shifts: Three evenings per week, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm About the Role: We’re seeking compassionate, motivated Support Workers to assist a young person with complex medical needs. You'll provide personal care, support, stimulation, and companionship at home, following care plans and working closely with family members. Training will be provided, and your role will include personal care duties, medical support, engaging play, record‑keeping, and liaising with professionals. Flexibility, reliability, creativity, and empathy are key. Requirements: Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality Physically fit and capable of personal care tasks Calm, patient, and adaptable approach Strong communication skills (verbal and written); record‑keeping accuracy Enjoys creative play and supporting a child’s independence Experience with children with complex needs is highly desirable (training provided) Sense of humour, dedication, flexibility, and professionalism Why Join Us?
