We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE) to join the firm in a senior leadership capacity. This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Legal Director, CEO, and Executive Board, with significant influence over the firms strategic direction.

You will play a central role in shaping and delivering the firms settlement strategy, strengthening its regulatory compliance framework, and overseeing key legal operations. Key Responsibilities
