Overview
12 month fixed term contract – Band 5 Staff Nurse – Community Nursing teams in Nottinghamshire. Work 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week with flexible hours and a reactive evening/night nursing team.
Responsibilities
* Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and clinic settings.
* Deliver high‑quality integrated care across wound care, palliative care, continence care and long‑term conditions.
* Facilitate prevention of unnecessary hospital admission/re‑admission by reducing effects of ill health and disability.
* Support the team by working flexibly, maintaining communication and inter‑personal skills.
Requirements
* Registered adult nurse with a passion, drive and ability to deliver high‑quality care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Adaptable, reliable, resourceful and approachable.
* Willingness to undertake DBS and DBS Update Service if required.
