This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal finance professional to join a friendly, professional team supporting multiple legal divisions, including Litigation & Family, Private Client, Residential Conveyancing, and Commercial. Key Responsibilities * Opening new client files and handling initial compliance procedures * Verifying ID, proof of funds, and source of funds in line with AML regulations * Ensuring full compliance with anti-money laundering legislation * Processing payments from the client account and logging incoming receipts * Inputting and reconciling bank transactions * Managing client-to-office transfers * Handling HMLR and Searchflow statements and payments * Running regular credit control procedures * Responding to queries from fee earners * Assisting with accounts team cover during absences or holidays * Supporting file closing procedures Requirements * Previous experience working in a legal accounts environment is essential * Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules and legal compliance processes * Excellent understanding of anti-money laundering regulations * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Familiarity with legal accounting software (desirable) Benefits * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Supportive working environment * Opportunity to work with a well-organised and accredited law firm (ISO 9001:2015) How to Apply: Click Apply Now to submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role
