Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons to secondary school students.
* Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to support student learning and understanding.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the needs of all students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and guidance.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attainment.
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Physics or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary school level.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the Physics curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Effective classroom management skills.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
