Key responsibilities include: Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims accurately and promptly. Maintaining and updating financial records and databases. Assisting with bank reconciliations and other routine finance tasks. Responding to finance-related enquiries from staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Supporting the Finance Manager in monitoring budgets, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures and controls.
