Digitech are exclusively partnered with a high-growth AI start-up aiming to disrupt a multi-billion-dollar industry by helping companies digitalise. For over six years, the business has operated as a consultative partner, building an enviable customer base that includes industry leaders. They are now launching a SaaS platform to expand their reach to both existing and prospective clients.
The Role
The company is seeking a tech-savvy Customer Success Specialist who can help clients turn complexity into clarity.
Responsibilities include:
* Driving complex, multi-stakeholder technology implementations (e.g. reality capture, project management tools).
* Preparing and delivering high-impact presentations, showcasing how digital solutions can be practically adopted across organisations.
* Conducting workshops with project stakeholders to assess and analyse existing processes requiring upgrades.
* Recommending effective solutions to improve and enhance current workflows.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
1. 2-7 years’ experience in customer success or enterprise software solutions.
