About The Role

This is an opportunity to build on yournursing, paramedic or pharmacy experience– and to continue to deliver outstanding patient care –without the physical strainof acute work.
You can choose from two training options:
Full-TimeMonday-Friday (9am-5pm) for four weeks
Part-TimeTues, Weds, Thurs (6pm-9.30pm) and Sat-Sun (9am-5pm) for five weeks
You must be able to attend every training day. This is followed by a further eight weeks’ support before you can be signed off to work on your own. Prior to starting training, we’ll provide you with a workbook to review and complete – this may seem a little daunting but it will show you what to expect.
Once you’ve completed your training, you can join the teamfull or part-time,we havea variety ofshift patternsto offer. These range from 16 - 38.5 hours per week and operate on a 2-8 week rotating rota that includes daytime, evenings, nights and weekend working. We also offer the opportunity tomove into partial or full home workingonce you have settled into the role.
About You
What you will need:
o Registration as a nurse (NMC), paramedic (HCPC) or pharmacist (GPhC), with appropriate post-registration experience.
o Excellent listening and communication skills, with good IT and keyboard skills.
o A real passion for providing outstanding patient care, with a commitment to making the most of continuous learning within a well-structured, well-supported team.
What you will get:
o Pay: £22.39 per hour (7am-11pm) and £25.46 per hour (11pm-7am), with further pay enhancements for some of our busier shifts.
o Any training hours will be paid with the normal pay-rate£22.39 per hour
o 25 days’ annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays.
