We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established electrical supplier company based in Portslade, Brighton. You’ll have previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment, with responsibilities including goods-in and goods-out processes, picking and inspecting orders, and handling heavy loads.
As a Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Picking, packing, and inspecting goods for dispatch
* Storing goods correctly and safely within the warehouse
* Operating labelling machines
* Loading and unloading lorries
* Driving forklifts
* Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting stock takes
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Prior experience in a warehouse setting
* Forklift experience (preferred but not essential)

This is a full time permanent position working in a warehouse based in Portslade, Brighton. You’ll be working Monday to Thursday between 8:30am-9am to 5pm-5:30pm & Fridays 8:30am-9am to 4:00pm-4:30pm on an annual salary of £25,000.
